GRITDown

 

GRIT refers to a structured group fitness workout that combines:

  • Resistance training (using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight)

  • Interval training (alternating between high-intensity bursts and recovery)

  • Group dynamics to encourage motivation and accountability

The GRIT room may be utilized as a fitness area for member 16+ to perform group or individual workouts.
