Water Safety Programs
Knowing how to stay safe in and around water is essential. Our YMCA Water Safety Programs teach drowning prevention, survival swimming skills, and basic rescue techniques, helping individuals of all ages become safer, more confident swimmers.
Each of our branches offer aquatic recreation. The Hartley Drive Family YMCA and Grubb Family YMCA offers an indoor pool as well as an outdoor splash pad for the summer months. The Chavis Memorial YMCA offers an outdoor splash pad for summer recreation.
