INDOOR CYCLING

 Our comprehensive indoor cycling program is designed for adults of all ages (participants must be at least 16 years old) and ability levels.

It's as easy as riding a bike. Once you learn, you never forget. The enthusiastic instructors are great at motivating you through mountainous terrain, rolling hills, and flat beach roads. Give indoor cycling a try. Members may reserve a bike up to two days in advance by calling 869-0151, or sign-up at the front desk

20 bikes are available.To reserve a bike, call the front desk at 336-869-0151. You can make reservations as early as 2 days prior to class time. If you reserve a spot, please be considerate of others and show up on time or call to cancel if your plans change. All classes are subject to change without notice.

We suggest you wear the following attire to class:

  • Padded Bike Shorts
  • Stiff Soled Shoes (cross-trainers)

Hand towels are provided, but please bring your own water to class.
