2026 Camp Pioneer at the Hartley Drive Family YMCA
YMCA Summer Camp Programs focus on children learning new skills, making new friends, developing character and creating life-long, fun-filled memories! One of our two camp options, Camp Pioneer, operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Camp Pioneer is for rising Kindergarten through 8th Grade. A typical day at Camp Pioneer includes activities like swimming, archery, basketball, arts & crafts, riflery and much more!

2026 Camp Pioneer Fees
A $20 deposit per session is due at registration. The weekly registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and all field trips.

2026 Camp Pioneer Open House
We will host our Open House June 12, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. This is an opportunity to see the camp grounds, meet the staff, and ask questions. We will also present each camper with their camper shirt and operate our pool for swim tests. If your child takes their swim test during the Open House, they will not have to take one during camp. This will provide them with more swim time. Please take advantage of this event and participate in our Open House! Check in for Open House will take place in the cul-de-sac behind the Y at the entrance of Camp Pioneer. We encourage you to park in our back parking lot and walk down the hill to camp.

Limited financial assistance is available for qualifying families on a first come, first-serve basis. Spots are limited so you are encouraged to apply early. Qualifying for financial assistance does not guarantee you a spot, you must register your child and make payment arrangements in order to be guaranteed a spot. To qualify for financial assistance, please visit our YMCA and provide a 1040 tax form to our Member Services Associates. |
Anyone interested in becoming a member of receiving financial assistance must come to the Hartley Drive YMCA Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to register for Camp Pioneer in-person with our Member Services Associates.
