Facility Rental Information

Renting a YMCA facility helps you showcase the value of special milestones and events in your life. The Y prides itself in providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for our valued guests. By choosing the Y as your venue, you receive a host of benefits including:

  • Clean facilities.
  • Flexible hours and open to special requests (Parties booked outside of operating hours are subject to an additional $25 fee).

Note: It is the guest's responsibility to clean facility space once the event has concluded.

Payment

All rents must be reserved, and a $50.00 deposit must be paid in full prior to event date.

The remaining event balance is due in full one-week prior to the event rental date. Failure to pay in full once week prior to your event rental date will result in the cancellation of your reservation. All rentals are subject to the discretion of the YMCA Management Team, and must be booked at least one month prior to the event date.

Pricing

Note: Prices include set up and clean up for all event spaces. It is the guest's responsibility to clean the facility space after the event concludes.

Event Studio
  • Capacity: 40 guests
  • YMCA Member Rate: $50 per hour
  • Non-Member Rate: $65 per hour
Gymnasium
  • YMCA Member Rate: $60 per hour
  • Non-Member Rate: $90 per hour
Soccer Fields
  • YMCA Member Rate: $100 per hour, per field
  • Non-Member Rate: $125 per hour, per field
Swimming Pool

Includes 45 minutes in Event Studio and 60 minutes in the Swimming Pool. Rentals do not include exclusive use of the pool, and there may be other swimmers present.

  • Capacity: 15 swimmers
  • YMCA Member Rate: $125
  • Non-Member Rate: $175
