2025-2026 AFTER SCHOOL CARE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
YMCA After School Care provides a safe environment for your children to learn, grow, and thrive. Our after-school program focuses on implementing YMCA core values into our daily activities while allowing you the opportunity to work knowing that your child is being cared for in a nurturing and structured environment.
- After School care is provided to children PreK-5 grade.
- Our Leaders Club Program is designed for students grades 6-8.
- The Y provides transportation from 12 elementary schools and 6 middle schools in our area.
- Our program directly aligns with the Guilford County Schools' Traditional School Calendar.
- A snack is provided daily.
- The Y offers care for students from dismissal until 6:00 PM.

One-time non-refundable/non-transferable Registration Fee: $50.00

Student Fun Days and Holiday Camps:
When students are out of school due to teacher workdays or on break, the YMCA is here to help! We provide your children a fun and safe way to spend their day! We offer care from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM on all Student Fun Days and Holiday Camp dates. To avoid a late fee, pre-registration is required for these programs.
Student Fun Day Dates:
- October 2nd
- October 10th
- October 20th
- November 3rd
- November 11th
- November 26th
- January 19th
- January 26th
- February 16th
- March 3rd
- March 16th
Student Fun Day Fees:
- Full-Time After-School Participants: FREE
- Leaders Club: $30 per day
- Children not participating in After-School: $35 per day
Holiday Camp Dates:
- Winter Break: December 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, January 2nd-5th
- Spring Break: March 30th-April 2nd, April 6th-10th
Holiday Camp Fees:
- After-School Participants: $25 per day
- Leaders Club: $30 per day
- Non After-School Participants: $35 per day
Limited financial assistance is available for qualifying families on a first come, first served basis. Spots are limited, so parents should apply early!
Qualifying for financial assistance does not guarantee your child a spot in the program. You MUST register your child and make payment arrangements in order to be guaranteed a spot.
