Indoor  Cycling Etiquette

Our comprehensive indoor cycling program is designed for adults of all ages (participants must be at least 16 years old) and ability levels.

It's as easy as riding a bike.  Once you learn, you never forget.  The enthusiastic instructors are great at motivating you through mountainous terrain, rolling hills, and flat beach roads.  Give indoor cycling a try.  Members may reserve a bike up to one day in advance by calling 861-7788, or sign up at the front desk.

Cost:  FREE to Members

Please sign up at the front desk One Day in advance to ensure your spot.  Five minutes prior to class if you are not on your bike it will become first come first serve.  There are only 14 bikes available. Half of the bikes will be advanced sign up and the rest will be first come first serve. Thank you!

We suggest you wear the following attire to class:

·         Padded bike shorts

·         Stiff-soled shoes (cross-trainers)

 

If you are taking a class for the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to set up your bike.

Please bring water to class.  Paper towels are provided, but if you would like to bring your own hand-towel, that is encouraged.
