2026 Youth Spring Volleyball
The Hartley Drive Family YMCA youth volleyball program focuses on the fundamentals and basics of volleyball such as communication, bumping, setting, and spiking while in a fun and safe, family-friendly environment. We pride ourselves on teaching each and every child character values such as honest, caring, respect, responsibility and faith.
Ages and Registration:
- Youth volleyball is open to girls in grades 3rd to 12th grade.
- The Grubb YMCA will be offering a Boys Volleyball League.
- Registration will open on February 2, 2026. Registration will close on March 22, 2026.
- Registration can be completed at the Hartley Drive Family YMCA or online at hpymca.org
Season Dates:

- Practices Begin: April 13, 2026
- Games Begin: April 27, 2026
- Season Ends: May 22, 2026
Fees:
- Early Bird Pricing (through March 15, 2026):
- $78 – YMCA Members
- $119 – Non‑Members
- Regular Pricing (beginning March 16, 2026):
- $98 – YMCA Members
- $139 – Non‑Members

Boys Division
- Each division will have a full season that will include guaranteed 8 games.
- There will be an end of season tournament for both divisions.
- It is strongly recommended that players have volleyball shoes or shoes with good grip and knee pads.
3rd-5th Grade Division
- Each division will have a full season that will include guaranteed 8 games.
- There will be an end of season tournament for both divisions.
- It is strongly recommended that players have volleyball shoes or shoes with good grip and knee pads.
6th-8th Grade Division
- Each division will have a full season that will include guaranteed 8 games.
- There will be an end of season tournament for both divisions.
- It is strongly recommended that players have volleyball shoes or shoes with good grip and knee pads.
9th-12th Grade Division
- Each division will have a full season that will include guaranteed 8 games.
- There will be an end of season tournament for both divisions.
- It is strongly recommended that players have volleyball shoes or shoes with good grip and knee pads.

- All coaching requirements can be found online at hpymca.org in the youth sports tab under coaching.
- Coaches will get to choose their practice day as well as what time they would like to practice.
- Practice materials will be provided by the YMCA. (Practice plans, balls, cones, and pennies)
