Class Descriptions:

Booty Boot Camp: Glute toning, calorie burning class. Designed to get your rear in gear!

Cycle: Burn calories while toning your legs and core! This class can accommodate all levels, with a mixture of hills, speed and interval training with fun and motivating music.

Hip Hop Dance: Have fun moving your body in this high impact, full body, cardio workout that incorporates different dance styles performed to hip hop music.

Kettlebell: Utilize Kettlebells, other equipment, and bodyweight exercises to challenge your fitness while building strength and improving endurance.

Open Field Fitness: Join us at our soccer fields for Open Field Fitness! You can walk/run/workout on your own, in the fresh air and sunshine! A staff member will be there to ensure safety. Located at 7194 Turnpike RD.

SilverSneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Class is designed for Active Adults, but all ages are welcome.

SilverSneakers Chair Yoga: Move through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Water Aerobics: Experience the health benefits that this low-impact, water-based exercise class has to offer. No swimming ability necessary.  

Yoga: Experience a time of deep body-focused movements, stretches, and meditation. Emphasis placed on proper breathing, correct body alignment, core stability and increased muscle awareness. 

Zumba Gold: Have fun in this modified Zumba class for active adults. Recreate the original dance moves you love at a lower intensity.
