Updated Participation Waiver of Liability

Effective September 8, 2020, in accordance with guidelines from Governor Roy Cooper's Phase 2.5 Plan, the YMCA of High Point will open the Hartley and Grubb branches at 30% of their buildings' capacities. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the YMCA of High Point has released an updated Waiver of Liability for all members and program participants to complete upon their first visit back to the YMCA.

NOTE: Completing this waiver is NOT equivalent to obtaining a signed note from a doctor allowing participation wellness programs.

We have three different options available for our members and program participants:

1. Members and participants can complete a liability waiver at the front desk of their branch.

2. Members and participants can download a waiver from our website, and complete it prior to arriving at their branch.

3. Members and participants can complete and sign a digital version of the waiver.

You may choose any of the above options!
