Lori Hill Moffitt

I am a native of Trinity where I grew up playing 3 sports; volleyball, basketball and softball at Trinity High School. I played college volleyball and basketball at Mars Hill College where I graduated with a BS in Recreation Administration. Although, I do not play these sports anymore, I still have a passion for the game. Some of my hobbies now include weight lifting, hiking and running. I love to be competitive and enjoy racing. I have run many 5 and 10k races, several half marathons and one marathon.  If you are interested in a running partner, let me know and I can help you with your program.

My job as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor is very rewarding. I truly enjoy assisting others with their fitness goals and helping them meet their goals.

If you are interested in personal training, allow me to help you.

My definition of wellness is a kaleidoscope of choices we make in life that affects our personal well being. These choices are influenced by the way we live, how we cope with stress, exercising on a daily basis, good sound nutrition, and spirituality. Being healthy is not a number on the scale, or a certain dress size, but more about overall feeling of happiness, success, and a desire to live life!
