Lori Hill Moffitt

I am a native of Trinity where I grew up playing 3 sports; volleyball, basketball and softball at TrinityHigh School. I played college volleyball and basketball at MarsHillCollege where I graduated with a BS in Recreation Administration. Although, I do not play these sports anymore, I still have a passion for the game. Some of my hobbies now include weight lifting, hiking and running. I love to be competitive and enjoy racing. I have run many 5 and 10k races, several half marathons and one marathon.  If you are interested in a running partner, let me know and I can help you with your program.

My job as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor is very rewarding. I truly enjoy assisting others with their fitness goals and helping them meet their goals.

If you are interested in personal training, allow me to help you.

My definition of wellness is a kaleidoscope of choices we make in life that affects our personal well being. These choices are influenced by the way we live, how we cope with stress, exercising on a daily basis, good sound nutrition, and spirituality. Being healthy is not a number on the scale, or a certain dress size, but more about overall feeling of happiness, success, and a desire to live life!

Laurie Hoglund

I grew up in Asheboro, NC and currently live in Greensboro. I've lived several other places as an adult, including the US Virgin Islands. I've been active all my life. I grew up playing basketball and tennis. As an adult, I took up horseback riding, snow skiing and karate. I received my black belt earlier this year, which goes to show that you are never too old to try new things.

I want to help others lead an active life so that as they age, they can continue to have a great quality of life. Health is more important than money, because without your health, you won't be able to enjoy spending money. I want to help you become the best you that you can be!

My definition of wellness is to be able to live an active life with no hindrances. It is a lifestyle choice and anyone can choose that lifestyle. Let me help you become physically fit!

Fitness is meant to be fun for a lifetime!
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2010. I am passionate about my clients’ success in achieving their fitness goals as well as helping them live a healthy, pain-free life. My goal is to help each individual enjoy his/her time "in the gym" while working to achieve their personal fitness goals. I am a huge proponent of safe, efficient and functional movement. I emphasize proper form and injury prevention as well as measurable improvements and, therefore, results with all of my clients.
