At the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Chip Culler was inducted into the YMCA of High Point's Hall of Honor. His son, Trey Culler, gave this moving speech to honor his father. 

I thought of something recently while enjoying a pickup basketball game at the High Point YMCA, a political thought in an arena not designed for that subject.
As is always the case, the game in which I participated involved a racial mix of black and white players. Indeed, that's been the case for much of my life since I started playing at parks as a teenager in my hometown of Columbia, S.C.
