By 2017, The YMCA of High Point will complete a very aggressive facility, service, and program revitalization campaign. We are committed to serving every child, adult, family, and senior citizen in our community while using our staff and talents to build a strong, active community.
Serve 18,000+ individuals in Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
Increase Program participation in Youth programs, Sports programs and Aquatics programs by 15%.
Focus our 8,000 members on Prevention of Youth and Adult obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and strokes.
Invest $225,000 annually in Youth Outreach initiatives and Christian Leadership programs.
Grow our Friends of Youth Campaign to $225,000 in direct assistance for YMCA programs and membership. Grow our Endowment by $200,000.
STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES
Provide our Youth, Adults and Families with premium experiences through top quality facilities. Enhance our YMCAs and Camping services through a $4 Million improvement plan.
PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS
Partner with community organizations to further the YMCA Mission in Christian leadership, Child Advocacy, Service Learning, and Outreach to disadvantaged children.
