Girls on the Run

The Girls on the Run program is an experiential learning program for 3rd through 5th grade girls. The innovative curriculum, designed exclusively for pre-teen girls, includes running workouts and games that teach specific life skills such as how to make healthy decisions and get along in a group. Girls on the Run will prepare girls for a 1 or 3.1 mile running event while improving participants' self-esteem and promoting physical, emotional, mental, and social development.

The program has been featured in many publications including Runner's World, Running Times, Cooking Light, American Girl Magazine, People Magazine, and Parent Magazine.
