Adult Basketball

It's hoops time at the Y! Living in North Carolina (the heart of basketball country), it's easy to see why our basketball programs are so popular. The YMCA has a long history of supporting this American sport - and it's no wonder why - did you know that a YMCA director invented basketball? Or that the High Point Y has been sponsoring the Midget League for over 50 years?

We offer both informal and structured leagues for adults. Leagues consist of games only; there are no practices.

Hardwood Hoops
Register now through January 8, 2012

Hardwood Hoops is designed for ages 16 and up.

Games are on Wednesdays. The regular season will be six games followed by a single elimination tournament. There are 2 certified referees per game.

Cost: $52/Members, $72/Non Members
Team Price: $450 (if you are a team captain, team forms should be turned in together with payment)

Teams not paid in full on the first day of games will forfeit all games until paid.

Registration ends January 4, 2012

Ages 16 and up

All games will be on Thursdays.

                      $475 if you want YMCA to provide shirts

Noon Hoops
Noon Hoops - A great lunch time stress reliever Hey guys, every Monday, Wednesday & Friday play pick-up basketball from 11:00 to 1:00 with your fellow YMCA members. You must be 18 years old to participate. Rules for playing and getting on a team are posted in the gym.

Adult Soccer

Get your kicks with Hartley Drive Family YMCA's soccer program! Whether it's played indoors or out, adults of all skill levels enjoy playing the most popular sport in the world.

We offer both indoor and outdoor soccer leagues for adults. Leagues consist of games only; there are no practices. T-shirts are provided for all participants.

Fall Coed Outdoor Soccer

Register by Team only! (maximum of 12 players per team)
Teams will be provide shirts - PLEASE PROVIDE A SHIRT SIZE LIST WITH THE REGISTRATION FORMS

Season will consist of six regular season games followed by a single elimination tournament. Season starts in September. Games are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings starting about 7:45pm.

Cost: $425 Limit 12 per team (Teams can only register at the YMCA. All registration forms must accompany the team payment.)

Adult Indoor Soccer

Registration deadline - November 28th
Games start December 10th

There will be 2 leagues - Coed and Open

The Coed League will consist of all women 9th grade and up and men age 25 and over
Coed league games are on Saturday afternoons.

The Open League will be a higher lever of competition. This league is designed for men 15 and up. Women are eligible to compete, but cautioned of the level of play.
Open league games are on Saturday afternoons.

The Adult Flag Football league is now registering.
Sign-ups are by TEAM only and cannot be done online. Registration forms for all team players must accompany the team payment.

Co-Ed Indoor Volleyball

Registration for our indoor volleyball league is through November 1st.
Games will start November 18th

The league is for men and women ages 16 and up. There will be 6 players playing at a time with 8-10 players on the team. All games will be on Thursday nights

Adult Dodgeball

This fun-filled league is designed for adults ages 16 and up. Hit your opponent and knock them out of the game! Games are held on Monday nights about 7pm.

Cost: $20/Members, $35/Non Members
Team Fee: $145 per team (Maximum of 12 players per team) will play 6 on 6.
Teams must provide their own jerseys

The YMCA will referee all games.

Adult Kickball

All teams are Co-Ed ages 16 and up. Games will be held on Wednesday evenings. There will be a 7 game season followed by a single elimination end of season tournament.

$325 / per team - YMCA will Referee all games
Teams must provide their own jerseys.

Maximum of 16 players per team - will play 10 v. 10
