2010 Grubb Family YMCA Cross Training Challenge!!

This is a four-month motivational challenge program. By doing this challenge, you give yourslef the opportunity to try new things, introduce muscle confusion into your workout, and have a great time seating your tail off!!

Pick up a Challenge Tracking Log at the front desk and keep up with your workouts, The log will be recorded using the honor system. Those who complete their challenge by October 31st will get a prize!

Bush Hill Run, Walk & Talk

It is time once again for the annual Bush Hill Run, Walk & Talk! This event will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2010, as part of the Bush Hill Festival.

Join us in the parking lot of Archdale Executive Park (behind Angel Beach). The 5K run and the Walk & Talk will both begin at 8:00 am. The registration form is below. Entry fees for both events are as follows:

Early Registration (Prior to Race Day): 5K - $15.00 Walk & Talk - $10.00

Race Day Registration: 5K - $20.00 Walk & Talk - $15.00
