Lori Hill Moffitt
I am a native of Trinity, where I grew up playing 4 sports; volleyball, basketball and softball at Trinity High School. I played volleyball and basketball at Mars Hill College where I graduated with a BS in Recreation Administration. Two years ago my new years resolution was to train for a 5k road race. Already I have completed many 5 & 10k trail and road races and two ½ marathons. With determination and perseverance my lifetime goal is to run a marathon. Not only have those goals impacted my own life but also my passion for personal training. I have enjoyed the two years I have trained. I have met many people and embraced the moments with them as they accomplished their fitness goals.
My definition of wellness is: Wellness is a kaleidoscope of choices we make in life that affects our personal well being. To have complete physical well being, I believe that we should make positive and healthy choices that improves our quality of life through exercising and daily nutrition.

Joel Goodman
Hey, my name is Joel Goodson and I have been a Personal Trainer now just under a year. I have been involved in Taekwondo for about 9 years as well. I am currently working on my Sports Nutritionist Certification to give my clients an even more wealth of knowledge about eating well and training hard. I enjoy helping people reach their own personal goals and just sharing the information and knowledge I have obtained over the years of study and practice. Losing weight, toning up or even just having a desire for over all health and fitness isn’t always easy to reach. But, with someone at your back pushing you, challenging you, and encouraging you, nothing is impossible. You just need the right motivation. That’s where I come in, to motivate you and train you well, and encourage you every step of the way!
My definition of wellness is: My idea of over all wellness and fitness is something much more than just one’s physical appearance. It’s more of a matter of the heart. Where one is happy with their own appearance and can live and live confidently taking care of the body they have been given. Keeping not just their body physically healthy but keeping their heart healthy as well by guarding their attitude and character.
