Leadership
YMCA Board of Directors
A 23 member Board of Directors was set up to govern
the Carl and Linda Grubb Family YMCA and is responsible for setting all policy,
adopting a strategic plan, employment and monitoring of management. These individuals
provide their "time, talents, and treasures" to help the
Archdale-Trinity YMCA reach its vision and a level of success that
has already been achieved by the YMCA of Greater High Point.

"The Archdale-Trinity YMCA will improve the well being of our entire community, creating a safe and healthy place for people to work, learn and play. The new facility will also have a positive economic impact on our communities and saves both cities from funding a municipal pool that would offer fewer amenities and accommodate less people."
