Leadership
YMCA Board of Directors
A 23 member Board of Directors was set up to govern
the Carl and Linda Grubb Family YMCA and is responsible to set all policy,
adopt a strategic plan, employ and monitor management. These individuals
provide their "time, talents, and treasures" that will help the
Archdale-Trinity YMCA reach its vision and level of success that
has already been achieved by the YMCA of Greater High Point.

Honorary Cabinet
The Honorary Campaign Cabinet is assembled to bring recognition and credibility to the capital
campaign. Our Honorary Cabinet members are influential community leaders, unable to commit to the demands of a
campaign committee, who endorse the campaign by lending their names, reputations and abilities.

"The Archdale-Trinity YMCA will improve the well being of our entire community, creating a safe and healthy place for people to work, learn and play. The new facility will also have a positive economic impact on our communities and saves both cities from funding a municipal pool that would offer fewer amenities and accommodate less people."
